Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 8–12 days after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo delivery without signature. If you would like delivery with signature, an additional cost applies—please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link allowing you to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be required to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk; special care is taken with parcels containing fragile items.
